The Basics of Balanced Eating is a comprehensive course designed to help you understand what your body truly needs and how to eat in a way that supports lifelong health. Balanced eating is more than dieting — it is a science-backed method of fueling your body with the right mix of nutrients so you can live with more energy, clarity, and vitality. This course breaks down the essential components of daily nutrition, including carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals, fibre, and water, and explains how each one contributes to your body’s growth, repair, immunity, and overall functioning. You will learn how to combine food groups effectively, how to build a balanced plate, how to read labels smartly while grocery shopping, and how to avoid common eating mistakes that silently harm health.

Upon successfully completing all course requirements, including the assessment/exam, you will be awarded a Digital Certificate of Completion. This certificate will be issued to you electronically at no additional cost. If you would like to receive a Hardcopy Certificate, you can request it after completing the course. The hardcopy certificate is optional and will be delivered to you upon payment of a 1000 PKR printing & delivery fee.
